Shining Light Assembly a member of Evangelical Alliance, is one of the Parishes of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God (Popularly known as RCCG). RCCG is a worldwide Church organisation established in Nigeria West Africa since 1952 with a mandate to take the Gospel of Salvation to the entire world in line with The great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our mission statement in addition to that of RCCG is:
# To Serve the body of Christ through a holy living, Prayer, Praise and Worship
# To Raise and Mentor Leaders that will be Spiritually and Socially healthy
# To lit the Light of the glorious gospel of our Lord in our Community through community minded living
OUR VISIONS
At Shining Light Assembly we are (Possibilitalians) We believe that with God all things are possible. And so our vision is to: Raise, Prepare and Equip Christians, who will through Prayer, Holy living, Praise and Worship take our Community and the entire nation for God.
We encourage believers to discover their own gifts, talents and ministry, we guide them to positively impact lives and win souls to the kingdom of Christ.
